I recently had the pleasure of recording a new CD with my favorite singer. The album is comprised of mostly country classics and features Sonny Garrish, John Hughey, and Mike Johnson on steel. Anita also sings a duet with Gene Watson on one tune. The CD is available at www.anitastapletonmusic.com/ You can also find out more detailed info and hear some samples on her facebook page. I think you'll find this project refreshing, especially when compared with most Nashville music of today. Anita has a lot of respect for the music, and she doesn't try to make herself more important than the songs themselves, even though it's hard not to fall in love with her voice.

Anita Stapleton is an outstanding singer and with you and those three great steel players on her CD, I'm sure it is great. I will have to get one. Thanks for the headsup. |
