Is here a tool for securing the brads on the changer fingers

Jerry, if you mean the "semi-hollow rivets" that hold the fingers together, yes there is. It's called a rivet mandrell. They aren't cheap, I just bought one from McMaster/Carr for 1/8 inch rivets and it cost $48.00. You didn't say what make guitar but I think that's what you need. Martin.

Martin--you have caused me to rethink my take on the question. I had read it as an inquiry about loose string holding pins. Now I don't know. I have no answer, either way.
