I saw a miracle today. 9 months after his accident he's back playing steel and he sounds great. God still heals.

I'm sure there are some skilled and dedicated medical professionals who should also receive some credit.

Not meaning to slight the doctors. I'm glad we have them and they took good care of Mike and Mike's wife was by his side and still is.

Mike, I am so, so glad to see you are able to play again. I know you have been on a rough road for a long time, not even knowing if you would be able to play again. Seeing you sitting behind that steel and playing again just brings so much joy to my heart. I know you have some more miles ahead of you, but with God's help, you will make the journey in fine style. It would make me so happy to come to one of the jams and see you playing again. Even if you feel you are not quite back to where you were, your playing will be an inspiration to us all as it always has been in the past.

We all love you, Mike.
