This is a 10 string lap steel that I bought here on the forum a while back with intentions of doing some mods (most know that I am partial to "keyless,,,LOL) but plans have changed. This guitar appears to be home made project in the "sho-bud" style, has what appears to be a serial number stamped on the back of the key head. The person I bought it from stated that the pick up was weak, but it seems OK to me. I played it a little, was in the process of changing strings when I realized I didn't have a set of C6 strings. Anyway, I am including a GFI II pick up if purchaser wants to change it out. Does not have a case but will be packed well and insured. I feel like it should be worth 300 bucks shipped in the CONUS.

This is really a nice sounding/playing little steel,,,,looks very "sho-budish". I'm surprised at the lack of interest. I may have to do my mods (convert to keyless) after all,,,LOL!!

I'm interested, strings look as if they go through the body, but I did not see enough holes on reverse side?
Are you firm on price, or will take offer?

It looks to me like the guitar is only strung up with 6 strings and there are enough holes in the back for 10. It looks like the 6 "holes" visible are actually the string ends,.
