Who played steel on this track? Heard it for the first time in a while the other day and enjoyed the steel playing. Can't seem to find any leads online.

I don't know who did it, but it certainly has the style of the stuff that Greg Liesz often does, soft and floating, almost "atmospheric".

It's great steel playing. A good tune too. Looking at the civil wars credits on allmusic they have used Dan Dougmore and Chas Smith. Greg leisz is listed on one record, but on mando and mando cello.

I should add I still haven't found the listing for that particular track. I could see any of the three aforementioned players being on it.
