This is boutique dobro builder, Beard Guitars. We are handling the estate for a dear friend and will be offering some steel related items for sale over the next several days.

First up is this Derby D-10. Extremely clean. Almost pristine. Forumite Howard Parker has played the guitar (hopefully will chime in) and told us all is well and the guitar has a very standard copedent. Original hard case in excellent condition:

Yep,
Paul asked me to check out the guitar. Looks to me like standard height. If I recall the E9 copedent was vanilla Emmons with E's on the left knee. C6 was standard Emmons.
The guitar itself was in lovely condition, almost minty. Strings need to be replaced. I took a flashlight to the changer and it looked spotless, however dry. This guitar will need to be lubed. I spot lubed a couple of changes and it played great in spite of the crusty strings.
FWIW I played it through N-1000 that is offered elsewhere and it sounded sweet.
I think that's all I got. I'll try to answer any questions but...I am NOT the seller. Just trying to be helpful.
