Hey guys, this is my first post on the forum. I received a vintage Gretsch Electromatic D6 in a trade, it had been stripped of its original pearloid and repainted poorly. I've taken it down to the bare wood and need advice on the best way to refinish. I'd love to make this my "poor mans" Fender with a nice blonde finish. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated,I can provide photos if that helps. Thanks!

This is a great source, including Fender blond.
