I hope everyone had a great holiday, but it's time to get back at it. This Saturday, September 6, the beginnermediate bunch will get together for a morning of fun and learning. We will be at the FAMILY FUN FACTORY, 2400 Highway 165, from 9:00 -12:00. Hope to see you there.

Charlie, I won't be able to make it. My dad broke his hip and is now in a nursing home. My mother has also been to Cox for heart problems and Debbie just had sinus surgery. I have my hands full for a while. Hope you guys have a good one. I hope to be back in a month or two.

This is not an event like the bimonthly jams or the shows the Ozark Steel Guitar Assn. puts on. It is a learning session and a fun session. We use backup tracks and Rick Nicklas creates cds for the song he is trying to teach us. We usually have 4-6 players. Anyone can join us and there is no charge. If you want more information you can call Charlie Steichen @417-338-6725.

Rick,
I am so sorry to hear about your mom and dad. Charlie and Helen have been our friends for many, many years. Tell them hi and that we are praying for their recovery. Will also be praying for Debbie's health and you as you deal with all of this.
