Does anyone know why it's impossible to get in touch with them through mail ( dano5907@aol.com )? I sent them $470 for a Pac-a-seat on August 5th, and I've been trying to get an update on the status of my order. No reply from Don Rollans after three e-mails.  |

I recall that Dan prefers phone, although that might be pricy from .no unless you Skype. I would call for you but I'm going to bed in half an hour (I work nights)

Henning, it would be nice if you would explain what the problem was. I am certain there was a mis-communication of some kind because I know Dan to be very honest and completely trustworthy as his Dad was. He does not deserve any kind of "black mark" against him or his business. I can understand your concern but you don't know him like I do.

Lane, actually it does need explanation. Otherwise is appears that Dan only replied after he felt pressure of this being put on the forum. That is not the case and this puts Dan's reputation in question and that should not be.
