I tend to agree with Les as to the usefulness of the E-F.

I suppose on a uni, we do have both...and not saying you couldn't put both on an ext E9.

Les, which of those strings does your C pedal change?
Is it 8 (like 4)?

It raises both 4 and 5 two half-steps. Coupled with the B pedal, it gives a ii chord.

It is a standard C pedal, so far as I know of any standards Smile Also SFAIK, the pedal that does this is named the same for both Emmons and Day - Day is just arranged CBA left-to-right.
