My a pedal on my pedal bar is sticking on my fessy. What should I do? I guess dissasemble and clean it but how? I cant see how to go about getting the pedals off this bar.

I would advise getting a product called "Break-Free". It's available in sporting good stores. I had a sticky changer on an Emmons LeGrande II that hadn't been played for a while and it took care of that problem. I'm sure it would work for your application also.
