Is pedal #6, string #4 +F and string #8 -D, tuned with the E flat lever in?

...but...with the E's lowered, tune the 4th string on P6 up to E.

Thanks to the Texans for the help. I will be back down there in the spring for the jamboree and am seriously considering relocating to the Austin/ San Antonio area. My daughter is near San Antonio and is complaing about scorpions and other unfriendly little cteatures. Is there any way to get away from them?

I've lived in the DFW Metroplex for over 20 years and have never seen a scorpion, but I don't get out much either.

I live between Austin and San Antonio and yes there are scorpions,,,,and yes there are ways to eradicate them from around your domicile. It's not like they're so plentiful you can't walk without stepping on them. Their sting is not fatal,,,just mildly painful for just a minute or two. (and it WILL make you jump out of bed in a hurry)

Bill - Tell your daughter to move further south, where I am. The cockroaches have almost eradicated the scorpion population down here!

I live in Waco,and the crickets and gecho lizards are runnin wild. I wouldnt advise any one who cant stand bugs to move to this area either.
