I made my own, cut a piece of 1 ins thick ply x 2ft long x 18ins wide fitted heavy duty casters still using it and it was as cheap as chips. Steel, amp and seat all in one go.

I use a two or four wheeled Magna Cart depending on whether there are stairs. The two wheeler is better on stairs. I've had one stolen but never broke one. I carry a P/P D10 in split cases, a Peavey Nashville 400 and seat on the four wheeler. The steel case has wheels so if I use the two wheel cart it just has to carry the amp & seat. The carts fold to about two inches thick so they don't take up much room.

I bought the Blue Max folding hand truck over a year ago and it has worked fine for me. It's not cheap, but it's light and handles my stuff. Then again, I seldom put more that 100 lbs. on it.
