Here's a video of Rose doing an old Sinatra tune, 'Night And Day'. Finally getting around to pushing some more of this out.

Thanks for playing, Rose!

Gee, thanks for all the kind words! I love working out those big band tunes on the non-pedal steel. I had just figured out the melody on this and look forward to exploring the tune further...

Oh my! That is so tasty. Great tune, great rhythm section, and beautifully executed on the steel. Thanks for making my day, Rose; thanks to everyone involved -- especially to Stephen for posting. Sure would love to hear more just like it.

Rose and the bunch doing Panhandle. I'll continue to put up a couple of videos for each artist as they approve them.

Great playing by Rose. I was honored that she asked me to play bass with her. It was lots of fun. Next time will the second time for me to play "Night and Day". Glad she brings good charts! Nice to meet and play with Jamie and Tony too.

Hi Rose: Big fan of your playing and selection of material !

Would you mind sharing the string names/tunings on each of your necks?

From Bottom to Top , of each neck.

Much obliged !

You are welcome, sir, anytime. One of life's gifts is getting to make good music with great players that are nice people too. And the sets with Rose, Herb, Billy, John, and Margie met that mark.

Hi Ron-
I play mostly the A6 neck, my "safety neck":
Lo to hi -- F# A C# E F# A C# E

and I've been experimenting with a version of E13 that Denny Mathis showed me (like Tom Morrell's but on 8 strings)
Lo to hi -- D E F# G# B C# E G#

It's a bear but there you can find some cool chords in there....

Thanks for asking!
