I have some info of what I been through.Lookin to lighten up your Fender Steelking?I tried 2 of Eminence 15" & no luck.I just bought a 15" QUAKE spk on Amazon. That speaker comes close to the original in the Steelking. An at a 9 lbs weight & a low price.I also tried a SADDLE THUMB PICK.No good for steel guitar.I then tried a fRED Kelley SPEED THUMB PICK.I love this pick.Easier on the cross picking.Just some info that you might like.RayL.

The Kelly picks are also nice because you can flip somebody off using only your thumb! Smile
