I have some info of what I been through.Lookin to lighten up your Fender Steelking?I tried 2 of Eminence 15" & no luck.I just bought a 15" QUAKE spk on Amazon. That speaker comes close to the original in the Steelking. An at a 9 lbs weight & a low price.I also tried a SADDLE THUMB PICK.No good for steel guitar.I then tried a fRED Kelley SPEED THUMB PICK.I love this pick.Easier on the cross picking.Just some info that you might like.RayL. _________________ Ray Lamoureux,Hartford,NY GFI 10st.,on double frame,& aTT-112 amp .. |

The Kelly picks are also nice because you can flip somebody off using only your thumb! _________________ GFI SM10 3/4, 1937 Gibson EH-150, 2 - Rondo SX Lap Steels and a Guyatone 6 String C6. Peavey 400 and a Roland 40 Amps. Behringer Reverb Pedal. |
