Terry, a buddy of mine here in UK is dying to find a good U12 steel. I'm thinking that, as I got my Marlen through the APO system it ought to be possible to ship it over here, I'll point him in your direction. This has to be do-able. And that steel looks like a beauty.

This guitar should have a new home by now. I heard Terry play it last week=end in Branson, and it sounded great. Great Guitar and a terrific price, Terry is a straight up good guy.

If anyone is seriously interested in this great steel guitar, I will take $2300 and deliver within 150 miles of my hometown. If bought inside USA and more than 150 miles, there will be the additional cost of shipping and insurance to ship it to you.
On shipping instruments I won't unless insured because so many things can happen. In the past I shipped two steels, a fiddle and an amp. Problems with the shipping of two of them and that was inside the USA. So I am not keen on shipping overseas. Sorry my friends overseas, but also it is very, very costly to ship a steel overseas to Europe or elsewhere.
Lastly, if this steel does not sell during the month of August. I am taking it off here. I have been playing and doing recording sessions with the steel all summer and I've about changed my mind about selling it.

If you ever thought about playing the Universal Steel Guitar and tuning, then this steel would be a great opportunity for you.
It is an excellent instrument and well worth the asking price. My son and I don't need 4 steel guitars at our house.

I forgot to mention this steel guitar comes with an Elite guitar case. These are well built steel guitar cases for travel, road work, etc.
The steel also has that half padded rear neck a real nice feature.

Well Dustin I'm a little like you. I would love to buy this guitar but since I can't learn to play a 10 string E9 there's not a chance I could learn to play this even in a mediocre fashion so I'll concentrate on the piano which I can play......hope this gets to a good home...........cd  |

Thanks guys! Yes this steel needs a new home that will love and cherish it!
It's a great steel at a great price. You may go to the BMI website and check out a new one and see the cost on a new one. This steel is in excellent condition. It has never been in a club or abused. I don't believe in child abuse.
