arm rest for single neck Zum

I am use to a D10 MSA ,but a friend wanted me to play his Zum for a while.It is a single neck and my neck and arms are about to fall off tring to hold them up(lazy)very long.Does any one have any ideas on an arm rest or does someone have a kit? Thanks Paul:
