The guys I worked with, played for Johnny Paycheck, Merle Haggard, Ray Price and Charly Pride. So I had to be on my toes. But they liked the Carter sound.

I appreciate Mike and Carl putting the links on for me. It shows the geetar and it's tone. And I'll leave the simple licks on thar too. Ted

Ted, I'm depending on my 64 year old memory, but wasn't it you that tuned down to D?

The band were a local band I work in the local area. Great bunch of guys. Some of them like Reggie, worked with Ray Price and Hank Thompson. The drummer worked with Charlie Pride. The geetar picker worked with various big names. I was lucky to with these fine pickers.

I would like to have it Ted however I have about 12 steels of my own for sale right now. Maybe if some guy with a bunch of those dead president's pictures comes by for one of mine I might be interested in talking. I DO love these Carter steels. Thanks...Bobby
