Was hoping to make this one but of course I've got an obligation that won't go away. Hopefully the next one. I think it's great you guys do this, Larry.

Hopefully someone represents the Greater Seattle area. Country Dave? Jon Hyde? Scott TabTab? I don't think Bob Knetzger is going down as I talked with him a few days back and he didn't say anything about it.

Have fun, all!

I'm afraid it's hiding under the bed in the guest bedroom. A fine guitar, it just doesn't get out much as the Franklin never fails.

Have fun ya bums!

Brians Carter D-10 I sold him actually spent a season under the ice at McMurdo Station, Antarctica...

I'm wondering, has it thawed out yet?

Tab, We keep the furnace duct closed off and the door closed for that seldom used room so, especially right now, it's right at home! Smile

Tab,I'm meeting up with Jack Dever in Kent then down the highway to meet up with you. Hope Jon Hyde can make it ,but don't think we'll have enough room for 4 steelers and gear.
Looking forward to seeing friends and all those steel guitars.

Snow in Bend is getting deeper by the minute with lots more predicted. I was planning to come, even with my right thumb in a cast but it is not going to happen. I will miss ya'l. See ya in May

with your thumb in a cast, it'd be easier to get a ride hitch-hiking...paint it orange or something...

Hope you stay warm, and hope to meet you someday.

I was just checking the song list...
Seems like a lot of slow songs.
I'm hoping we can add a few more uptempo tunes.
Pan Handle Rag maybe?
Again I thought that Crystal Chandalier was a good one... maybe that one again or something similar?... Think of Me by Buck Owens maybe?
Anything uptempo.
Whatever you decide is fine... Just sayin'.
Sorry, I'm kind of a "one slow song per set" guy I guess .

"Take the 'A' Train" maybe? We could maybe all agree to play "Bud's Bounce" as long as it doesn't become
Bud's Sprint" Rolling Eyes

I'm thinking of bringing a Session 500 to sell among other items but was wondering if anyone would be interested in a nice one at $250. Heavy as heck is the only reason I'm asking. If nobody is interested then I can leave it home and bring lighter amps.

Sorry to miss out on this one, but the Seattle area is well represented!

I have to stay up north for a rehearsal for an upcoming show on Dec14 at Hwy 99 Blues Club. I'll be playing with the Titians of Tone PLUS The Emerald City Horns PLUS Orville Johnson. All blues, all night (I've got my work cut out for me!)

Have fun you guys, and I sure hope Larry Behm plays a bunch!

With one day to go the song suggestions are now coming fast and furious. The charts are printed, I will push the tempo on most songs. We have more songs from other jams to pull from.

We are going to have several new players and I am sure Liza, Highway 40, Good Hearted Woman and a blues in C will keep most players on their toes. This is not about me, it is about US, all of us.

Anyone who does not have a smile on their face at days end, I will refund your money.

The song list has been posted for about 90 days. I added a song by a young players request, something he would feel comfortable playing.

Please remember, I am trying to create an environment that includes everyone to some degree. I would love to just play rock and roll minor filled songs, but I would be doing everyone a disservice and no one but Bob Muller could hang with me.

Deb and Paul and Kenny will keep us "up", but do not forget how pretty Together Again can be, it might be the song that turned your head around and helped propel you to be a steeler.

Wow 25 steelers on a 32 deg day from as far away as Seattle (4), thanks Dave, Jack, Tab and Jon for driving all that way to play with us.

We had 4 new faces, 2 have played for a year and 1 for about 5 years and Tab Tabscott's first time after several tries.

Dale Grandstrom has played for 67 years and is always a hit.

Good to see Robin Suskin and Mike Eisler and Scott Hay back in the fold. Pictures are coming.

Thank to the band and to Storm, Shannon and Josh for all of their hard work on preparing the room etc.

Ok now to start planning for the May jam.

I love this stuff, seeing old friends, making new friends, hugging all the girls (well I am a guy) and watching all the smiles, we had a boat load of them.

I didn't get to stay long, but I really enjoyed what was played while I was there.
Good job, Larry and everyone.

Maybe I'll have to start practicing again so I can participate next time.
