One reason I just purchased a Carter Starter is to field test some different ideas and to have less to work with, as for pedals/KL'ers. I'm thinking about studying the E9th set up that Hank Corwin used and also, maybe Jim Vest' E9th set up lowering the 10th string like he did on some of Vern's songs. Any ideas are welcome anytime. The end results ought to be interesting. Thanks.
