It's an old ZBCustom that someone removed all the guts.
Possibly was being used as a non-pedal steel ?
As you can see from the picture Bob has posted here:

the undercarriage of a ZB was HEAVY.
As for the 10 pedals?
WHo knows?
This may have been Zane's personal "let's see how much we can stuff under there" test machine.

Sneaky Pete had 9 on his Fender, and it was only an 8string !

My '67 Scranton S-10 came equipped with 8 pedals. (Three now, but undercarriage hardware is still there.)
