Thanks fellas,
I really hate to part with "Rick", but there is just no work around these parts, and I knew sooner or later one of my instruments would have to go.
On the plus side, tho, being realsitic, I haven't played "Rick" in years; he just sits their in his case. This guitar oughta be being played.
As we still say, "it's a bummer".
