Does anyone know where someone could find replacement tuners for a guitar just like this one?

The best place to start would be Stewart Macdonald. Pay special attention to the string post spacing for the tuners they offer. It seems that the spacing and diameters for the string posts have changed over the years. The spacing and diameters of the post can really make make it difficult to find suitable replacements.

Rickenbacker is still in business and would be the first place I'd recommend contacting. If they don't carry the part (quite likely given the age of the instrument), they may be able to suggest a source.
Good luck on your search! _________________ Brad’s Page of Steel
