Thinning the herd or I'd never let this one go. Unique sounding with chambered body, single coil pickups with separate volumes for infinite blend. Has a sound somewhere between Fender/Rickenbacker/Danelectro- very open, chimy and clear. The amazing part is the neck, though, just perfect maple/maple with a killer setup and fret job. Feels like an incredibly well-set-up telecaster. Great looking turquoise finish with MOP frontpiece. I can vouch for this one! Think of a cross between a Ric, vintage Danelectro w/ lipsticks and a good tele...With UNREAL playability!.
Parts made in Canada and assembled and set up in the New Hampshire USA factory with great precision,,,,
You want twang and jangle and playability that makes the average tele look like a clunker??/.. Here's your guitar!

Looks like a fun guitar, Mark. I kind of like the jangly sound.
Best of luck on the sale.

Still not sure about Wannee, Duncan, but I'm lined up to play Bear Creek later this year down there with St. Francis. Can't wait, just about my favorite venue ever.

Friends, I can heartily recommend doing business with Mark van Allen.

And not just because he's gullible -- he shipped the guitar in a handsom Fender gig bag! -- but because he's a straight-shootin, square-dealin fellow.

The nifty green Godin twanger arrived here in Kansas in only a couple days. It was carefully and securely packed and in great shape as advertised.

Mark wasn't kidding about the neck. I threw on some fresh strings just because and fired it up. Plays great and has a unique, usable sound. As noted, kinda jangly, kinda teleish, sorta woody. Can tell already this one will get lots of playing time.

Have had several positive deals here on the forum. Lots of good folks around here.

Cheers,
Eric

Hey, Thanks, Eric. Glad you got it safely and like it, very cool guitar, yes?
And I had to throw in the gig bag since I shipped it with such ganky strings! Enjoy!
