anyone know steeler max farley, cowan, west vitginia?

i have been ask to locate this airman from the little rock air force base of the 1960's.
he played steel guitar and was from cowan, west virginia.
a family that knew him during his training for duty in viet naam, would very much like to find him.
if anyone knows him and can put us together i would like to help with their quest.
