Hi, I use a 920 Dunlop Bar, that is 7/8 dia. x 2-7/8 long, according to label on box. On website the lenght of the 920 is 3-1/4. Is my an older model?

Is it ok with a SD10? Or I need a thicker and longer? I feel ok with this...

Ciao.
Matteo

I have a Dunlop 920 that is 7/8" X 3-1/4", The tube it came in also says 2-7/8" long, but I measured it and it is 3-1/4". That size is normally the standard ten string length. Yours should be just fine.

Yes, the box has wrong size written on. I measured it, it's 8.25 cm, that are 3" and 1/4 exactly... Thanks!!

The Dunlop 920 is a fine bar. I have several tone bars, some high end, some more expensive than the Dunlop, but it's always performed everything I'm capable of. I use it regularly, just last night, matter of fact.

You'll probably collect several too, but the Dunlop 920 is quite capable of handling your requirements.

That's a curious thing about the labeling though.

Some of the other Dunlop bars are similarly mislabelled: 918 and 919 I think. Have been for years/decades. Peculiar. Guess they don't care.
