PRICE CORRECTION!
I am truely sorry and totally embarassed by the original price posted on this item. It was way over what I had envisioned my target price to be. Although I had recalculated it numerous times, this is what my manufacturing software spit out. I have revisited it and found a variable buried in the settings and corrected it and now have a price that is very close to what I originally anticipated. This was by no means an attempt at price gouging, just a gross error on my part. Thanks for your understanding.

These finger assemblies are new build, by me. I'm accustomed to manufacturing parts that fly and peoples lives depend on them being top quality.

If you have parts for a PSG that is NO LONGER Manufactured, please send me a PM and a picture and we'll see what we can do!
I do not intend to compete with builders that are still in business and supplying parts for their products!

Pricing is $28.00 (not $43.00) per assembly with a 5% discount on 6 or more.

Thanks

Michael

I should add that these are single raise/lower as they are for the basket and barrel instruments.

I currently have 100 assemblies in stock.

If you you need or would like multiple raise/lower, i would need for someone to send me one of those complete assemblies. I would return it.

Also check my other posting as I have Barrels also.

Are the raise/lower bars and scissors link, powder coated?

No, they are black oxided.

A powder coating would add thickness and consequently wear away during use leaving excessive clearance between the components.

Black oxide is a surface conversion process that has no thickness yet helps prevent surface oxidation (rust).

I have the clearance set at about .002-.005"

I also drilled the rivet holes smaller than spec to reduce slop even further.

The finger is 6061-T6 aluminum and is NOT anodized. I may hard anodize them in the future if quantities are sufficient.
The axel hole is reamed to .3130±.0002. This is .0005" larger than standard 5/16" so that they will fit all shafts. Some folks may have replaced the stock axel with drill rod or drill blanks which would measure .3125". For those with stock axels, they may be just a bit loose as Sho-Bud used cold rolled steel axels which would be .3115-.3120" not accounting for wear.

This one was so far down I think that it might need a hit from Hank Aaron to get it to the top!

A push up and a chance to announce my new website.

www.psgparts.com

I have a lot of the smaller parts for Sho-Buds that are hard to find and have more in the works. There's a few things not functional at this time on the site but hope to get those remedied shortly.

I would like to get some Dekley and Marlen sample parts if anyone has them. I'll return them and reimburse you for the shipping.

Thanks to all who have already ordered from me,

Michael

Thanks Larry!

I'm working diligently to get more parts into the product line. Just spent the last few days reverse engineering older MSA and Dekley parts. Hope to add them to the line by next month.

Keep checking back and if you have any spares lying around that you wouldn't mind me borrowing, I'll reimburse you for the shipping when I return them.

Michael
