This is a very nice 2005 Carter D-10. At the risk of sounding too much like a salesman, you would be hard pressed to find a used guitar this clean. I would conservatively give it a 9 out of 10.

When I got the steel it originally had two Lawrence XR-16's on it. I replaced the one in the E9 neck with an Alumitone that I got from Carter. It has the custom base plate on it that they were making at the time. As part of the deal I will include the XR-16 that I removed.

Here are a couple of clips of this guitar in action, both using the Alumitone pickup:

"The Old Rugged Cross"

"Half A Mind"

Here is the copedant that is currently on the guitar.

I have a few parts on hand that might facilitate a different copedant, depending upon what someone wants to do. And I believe Al Brisco at Steel Guitars of Canada has an ample supply of parts.

The guitar comes with the standard Carter grey carpeted case, in good condition.

The price of the guitar is $2300.00 plus shipping, including the extra pickup. No trades, please. I will accept a money order, or PayPal (with an additional 3% added).
