Tracy, Rusty Gabbard lives in or near Clarksville,Tn
He is simi retired from song writting, drumming, singing, and doing comedy.
He was for a while a Texas Troubadour with Ernest Tubb and while there he wrote, " I'll Be There" for Ray Price which made history and has been cut by many other artists.
Rob Parker or some of the former cast members of the Renfro Valley show in South Eastern Ky. could probally get you an adress and phone #

He was a DJ on KIKK in the early 60s in Houston. I think I heard he did some promoting as well. He drove a limousine which was his and always wore a chauffers cap while driving.
