My name is Eddie. I live in France in a small village near Angers ( Maine et Loire).
Guitarist player for 30 years I now play more steel guitar than other guitars. Since steel guitar playing is not as prevalent in France as America, I think I will probably receive more benefit from this forum than most.
I am looking forward to everything I can learn by this association

Thank you.javascript:emoticon('Very Happy')

Thank you for your welcome. I am happy to have become member of the forum.
I learn and work every day my steel guitar. I play on old Fender Champion lap steel (1957) and olso a Stringmaster 8 string ( C6th). I also have an resonator Regal 1930's but i do not play it at the moment, only in the evenings of full moon ( juste a joke!).
My main guitar is ES 120T Gibson ( 1965) and a good Fender telecaster . You know everything about my equipment.
At the beginning I worked Basic Nonpedal C6th tuning, Tuff Fun Tab ( Herb Remington and Rick Alexander). Rick was my teacher and he wrote to me too.
After I worked some songs: Cold Cold Heart, I had to be you, Harbor lights, San Antnio rose etc....
I would say to you about it longer the next time and thank you very much for your welcome.
There are a lot of nice helpful people here,

Eddie, in French we said " A bientôt "

( Sorry for my English) ('Very Happy')
