BTW the second and third notes of bar one are QUAVERS, the generated page from Quark seems to have gone awry, BUT common sense and deduction would tell you that, Just look at the identical bars, numbers 9, 17 and 33. The notation there is the same without the obvious error in print.
Closer examination WOULD show a little remnant of the 'tail' on the third group of notes..
The transcription is an "Approximation" BECAUSE the original is played on a PEDAL steel..
