I'm a little late(what else is new!, I want to thank all the friends, who made it to the "Little" Buddy/Ron Elliot, Birthday bash, April 20th. The crowd was great, the music DYNAMITE!!!, snacks, beverages (the party kind), a good time was had by all, including me, (they tell me). Excellent pickers, Eddie Dunlap stole the steel pickin' part, however. There were other SUPER pickers, including Billy Robinson, who ate up that lap steel, Lynn Owsley, etc. Guests included my old friend of many years, and co-writer of a song, with me, Mr. Dallas Frazier. Jim Vest, added his touch (has lost 95 pounds), and lookin' good. I want to thank Joy Ford for the use of her lakeside night club, and providing fresh snacks for everyone. If anyone needs a place to hold a party, birthday or anything else, of that nature, you might want to check with her on having it there. Bell Cove Club, Hendersonville, Tenn. See you all there next year if i'm still around. "Little" Buddy.
