Mike has just finished his latest project and it will be available at the convention. The title for this project is "Mister Man In The Moon". There should be something for everyone on this one. Mike has included selections from Vern Gosdin, Bob Wills, Bobby Darrin, Mel Street, Mary Fahl, Patty Loveless, Merle Haggard, Ray Price and others. Can you guess the song titles???

We're looking forward to seeing many of you there. For those who are not going, you can order the new CD by mail. Just email Mike for details.

Great guesses but none are right. I'll give you a clue on the Vern Gosden tune, It was one of his very early records and had a very popular duet partner on it. Winking
Keep on trying.

If it's "Hangin' On", that will be a great piece for steel!

Roger,

Hangin' On is a great piece. That's why I cut it on my Heart Of Steel c.d. 3 years ago. Very Happy But you are getting warmer.

Yesterday's Gone with Emmylou

I think I've giveny you enough stuff to do a tribute album! That might not be such a bad idea, come to think of it.

Vern just about wore me out. Now to start on Ray Price. Ahhhhh, I don't think so! Too many to choose from. I guess I'll just have to buy it in St. Louis. It should be a good one.

Well Roger and everybody else, I'll give you a clue on the Price tune. He was not the first person to have recorded it and the first person who cut it had a single with it but I think Ray's was just an album cut.
