The Forum does not host files. You can't upload it to the forum.

If you'd like to share your file, you can use another hosting server and post a link to it here, or you can e-mail it to others.

Bill you can set up a free account at Box.net and upload your files to that site. Once they are uploaded you can post the link to those files in a message on the forum.
