I'm finally gonna do it. This great guitar is for sale.

This is a tiger maple and rosewood guitar 8 & 5 Emmons/Shobud set up. Meaning the e's are lowered RKL and raised LKL all else is standard Emmons set up.

Bill Dearmore says it's the prettiest guitar in the country. He has one just like it only Honey Maple instead of tiger maple.

As everyone knows. This is a great guitar as all Zums are. It has BL 910 PUP"s on it and stays in tune sounds great and smooth as butter.. The only reason I'm selling is that I have too many guitars and am doing some remodeling that has to be paid for. I have another Zum just like it only a little older,(Skeeter Blacks Guitar) that was willed to me. I would never sell it if I didn't have another one to play, Without a doubt, the best guitar built IMHO>

E Mail me for details if your interested.

Cash only no trades please.

I have two more guitars for sale also. 76 Sho Bud pro III Custom D 10 8 & 5 Black with very little checking. Beautiful gutar that is great in all ways.
I'll say on a scale of 10 it's an easy 8.

The other is an 07 Rains SD10 3 & 5 Great little guitar. I think it's called a pecan color. I bought the guitar from Gene Watson's old guitar player,Woody. It was never played until I got it. I think it probably has 20- 30 jobs on it. Like new in all ways. It has 705 pu's on it.

You can e mail Steve Stallings about the Rains He has it now and has been playing it. Steve is a much better player than I and can answer any questions about the guitar better than I.

Thanks

Jeff Coffell

Zum is $4300.00
Bud is $2000.00
Rains is $2200.00

All prices plus actual shipping and insurance.

Yes. I'll get the pics out later today.

By the way, I will be out of town for about 9 days, When the checks arrive for the guitars, my daughter will get them shipped out to the lucky buyers.

Today is the last day to let me know when the money was sent, if not I will sell them to the next in line.

Thanks

The Zum is a really pretty Z-pattern mica with MOP trim. Light maple Z, dark walnut background. A friend received pix from Jeff is how I know.

Jeff, you ought to post pix on the forum, at least the Zum would sell in a heartbeat!

Hey Jeff. The url, at least the way that you posted it didn't work. I thought I'd give it a try as that ZUM is a beauty and I think everybody should enjoy it.
All interested parties who wish to see some great looking pedals steels should click on the url right below my name.

Jeff..posting pix from photobucket is a snap.

1] upload the photo at approx 640 x 480 size option

2] after uploading, place the cursor over an individual photo and 4 codes pop-up

3] copy the image code (which is the bottom one) then simply paste the code into your SGF post and your done. (You totally bypass the standard SGF uploading mechanism, and it's much simpler and quicker!).....for example from your Zum and Bud photos:

Thanks Duncan

I clicked and it worked. Pretty nice guitars, don't you think.

They need a new home. I'm in the middle of a remodel and getting (BROKER)??? new word there,as we speak.

Thanks to all who have waited on the pics. Finally all can see.

You're welcome, Jeff. Again, I say, that Zum is absolutely one of the best looking steels I have ever seen, and I've owned a couple of beautiful ZBs in my day. If I hit the lottery here in FL on Wednesday I think it will find a new home here. The idea of selling my current steels to buy it is tempting. Although, I love my current steels...therein lies the quandry of life...wanting, yet not wanting to give up what you got for what you want, yet don't got.
Anyway, best of luck on the sales.
Duncan
