I am selling my ShoBud 6139. I bought her several months ago, and sent her off to Chuck Back of Desert Rose Guitars. She has been completely refitted (except for original changer)with a new Desert Rose mechanism (3 and 5)including new polished pedals and pedal bar. Jim Palenscar just tweaked her last friday. The case has seen better days, but it is rigid. George L pickup with a 5 way switch.
I am asking $1900 which is less than I have put into her, but it is a fair price for this "RoseBud" that sounds like a ShoBud but plays like a modern guitar.There is some checking where the neck meets the body on the player's side only, other than that the finish is perfect with no bar dings or scratches.There is no smoke odor. Included is a new combination cover/leg bag.
I am in Los Angeles, but can easily ship.
