The Internet steel show " Steel guitar unknown hero's" is up and running with a couple of dozen tracks sent in from forum players all around the world !


Go to live365.com search "steel guitar" and you will see the show listed. Broadcast name "tprior"

IF you would like to participate, send your MP3's to me at my Forum EMAIL.

guys and gals, we have some great players amoung us, but you already knew that.

As of 11/14/01, we now have more tracks from Dave Van Allen, A great series of tracks from both Rudy Osborne and Chuck Lettes and a fine track from Maurie Junod. The show now has almost 3 hours of tracks from players from all over the US , Canada and Europe. I should also mention that I still have more fine tracks from Jack Stoner which I will add soon as well.

Give it up you players, send in them tracks ...Be there or be square !

Steel Guitar Unknown hero's now has my good friend and very fine player Joe Smith on the show. Joe has been playing for almost as long as I've been living...Several fine tracks. Joe is very active in the Charlotte NC area.

I have made a few changes to the line-up just to move things around a bit. Almost 3 hours of tracks from many great 'Unknown" players, with more on the way.

Is this the same "Joe Smith" that once worked w/ Wilma Burgess,in NashVILE? If it is,tell 'im I said "hi".
