Congratulations Jeff on your new venture. It has been a pleasure knowing one of, if not the best steel guitarest in Canada. I would like to thank you as well for all the help you have been to me over the years. I am happy to hear you are helping to try to keep steel guitar alive in Western Canada. I urge all steel players to get in touch with Jeff and support him in any-way you can.
Thanks Harold.

I think Jeff could be classified as a lesser
known great, although his peers know him,
I used to try and steal Jeff's
steel parts on Ian Tyson records, they were
real sweet parts that he probably doesn't
remember, I think it was that Navaho Rug
record, he's got the touch, for sure.
I think I'll ask him specifically about those parts sometime, Greg
