Iva Lee Roberts (wife of KAYTON ROBERTS) passed away today, March 15th at 1:55 am. Our deepest sympathy and love from his many Canadian friends are with Kayton and his family at this very sad time.

It's always hard to lose someone that one loved such as in Kayton's case, Though I do not know Mr. Roberts, I would like to offer my condolences to him and his family at this time. And I pray that God will surround him with His angels to comfort Kayton and his family in their time of suffering.

Kayton: The first time I see you in person was at a live session with Hank at the G.O.O. in Nashville. I admired your playing then and still do to this date. In my book , you are number one when it comes to Non-Pedal steel guitar. I grew up on the same kind of steel and you were the reason I liked listening to Hank Snow. Your lovely Iva Lee will be dearly missed by all; you and yours are in our prayers. May the good lord be with you, Kayton..Bernie
