Don't know what went wrong, this was suppose to have been included in the sho-bud add For sale is this D-10 SHO-BUD steel guitar. (Four Knees, Eight Pedals) along with a Fender deluxe reverb amp. When I purchased this guitar I made the statement that I would never sale it as it is a beautiful gold color and sounds like a sho-bud is suppose to. I have had to realize that in a couple weeks I will be 75 with bad legs and back. I have purchased a much liter S-10 so there is really no just reason for hanging on. I know of nothing wrong with it, plays good, stays in tune and is in good shape cosmetically. The serial # is 15475. I do not know if this number relates to the age, I believe it to be an early to mid 70s model. The Fender amp is also in good condition, has a few nicks but nothing major. All tubes check good, has brand new matched 6V6 outputs. Asking $3500 for the pair plus $100 shipping, lower 48. E-Mail with any questions or call 919-920-5482 if needed.

G'day, Ray,
What a gorgeous guitar!! Would you consider just selling the guitar by itself? I'm in Australia, and I already have a great amp (Nashville 112), and the Fender amp would need to be converted to 240VAC. So, I don't really need another amplifier. I am very interested in the guitar, though. Please lemme know your thoughts. Thanks, Mate!

Adios for now,

Ray,

That guitar is beautiful! The undercarriage and s/n is saying 1980 or newer to me.

The Silverface DeLuxe is one of Fenders finer efforts, IMO.

Good luck!

The Deluxe is either a '69 or '70, the years the amps said "amp" on them and had no silver trim like the '67s and '68s. Nice shape.
