STILL AT ONLY $ 861.05! That's like buying a steel guitar at TjMaxx or Marshalls on a President's Day SALE!

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=120375868609

Forum member winning bidder please let me know you saw it on the SGF.

Time has come for me to go back into pedal steels.

I am thus offering my MSA SuperSlide S12 for sale.
The guitar was a custom order in many ways:
I believe it was the first MSA with a Fender style butter scotch lacquer finish.
I also requested a polished aluminum "pick guard" (which holds the controls) to further the "vintage" look of the instrument, which was unique and still may be the only one like this in existence.

The string spacing has been set to be similar to the one of a Rickenbacher B7 or B10 at both ends which totals 3 5/16" at the nut and 3 15/16" at the bridge (upon buyers desire, I will negotiate the necessary parts to accommodate your spacing should this be needed). the current spacing is an intermediate to a PSG's picking side but stretched enough on the nut side to allow for clean adjacent string slants to be executed comfortably.

The guitar has NOT one scratch NOR blemish on it's finish and is in absolute new condition except for the polished aluminum "pick guard" having lost some of it's luster.

The guitar currently has a S12 TrueTone single coil pickup wired directly to the jack (bypassing the controls which are still present) and I will also include the original SuperSlide pickup.

The guitar comes with it's original stand which can be extended from seated to standing playing position.

The original soft case is also included and in equally new condition as the rest of the set.

I am the first owner of this great instrument. It was handed to me in person by Maurice Anderson.

I can ship this guitar world wide from February 9th on from Palm Beach Florida.

Buy NOW price lowered once more to $1500!! (from previously $1750.oo!). FREE insured ground shipping within contiguous USA and Hawaii! Or place your bid starting at only $ 799.oo on ebay!
The set includes the guitar, the stand with it's legs, the soft case and both pickups (which, upon buyers order, can be wired going THRU the controls as original [please specify which pickup]).
Those who have dealt with me previously will testify that I pack my shippings UPS-safe.

Please feel free to ask questions here or via e-mail.
I can also be reached at 1-561-459 4847 (which dials thru at no extra cost to the caller to where ever I am) Eastern time.

And now... some eye candy:

The lacquer colors may not show 100% true to the actual guitar. It is very difficult to capture true colors and adjust them so they will show true on most computer displays too. But it's as close as I could get it.

Thanks! ... J-D.
