Gary,
"The Guitar Center", located on Thompson Ln. in Nashville just so happens to have one as we speak. I saw it saturday night and it's a beauty. They also have a Fender 400 for sale. I don't remember the prices but both were in real good shape. All cables underneath seemed to be intact. The Fender 1000 is Black with Red/Yellow Sunburst color in the middle. Guitar center's phone # is (615) 297-7770.

I know where you can buy a Fender 1000 Sunburst in Excellent/Mint condition for $1000 less than the one at Guitar Center! I guarantee it's unmarked and practically unused and belongs to a Forum member! I saw the local one and it has a few dings! The 400 is very slightly under $1200 and has (4) funny-looking home-made pedals and pedal-bar. I think you'd do better here on the Forum!
