Scott, My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family in this difficult time. I lost both my parents several years ago and the pain never goes away, it just gets a little better each day. We just take for granted that they will always be with us so we are never ready for the loss. Please know that many of us know what you are going through.

I want to say thank you to everyone for their prayers and support these last few months. It means more than you know.
I also want to apologize for my lack of communication. Sometimes words ain't easy for me.
I've been lost the last couple of days, my Dad was my best friend.

I take comfort in the fact that I'm absolutely certain beyond a shadow of a doubt, that he was ready to go. No question in my mind of his salvation. And, that he went very quickly and did not suffer.

The visitation will be at Robertson Drago Funeral Home in West Plains, Missouri, Saturday January 31, from 6 - 8 pm. The service will be at the First Congregational Methodist Church in West Plains, at 1002 E. St. Louis street, Sunday February 1, at 2 pm.

He requested that any donations be made to The Gideons International.

Thanks again

Scott - I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. The pain does diminish with time. I lost my Dad a number of years ago and I still think about him every day.

Scott,
I lost my dad back in 1995, and my mother back in 2003. So I understand your pain. It's hard when we lose our parents. Because all of our life while we are kids we seek their wisdom and love, to guide us through. I would like to take this time to offer my condolences to you and yours.

Life is a vapor. Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shall be saved.
Heaven is an eternity. Praie the Lord.
I'm so glad he was ready to go. Do not grieve. Rejoice in his happiness. You will see him again in glory.
