MN Steel Guitar Showcase

It is about two weeks to our annual showcase on October 21st, so I am posting to let everyone know that it will be held this year at the Forest Lake VFW in Forest Lake, MN, about 30 miles north of St. Paul, on Interstate 35.

Our show will begin at 11:00 am, and run til aroun 9:00 pm. Admission is only $5.00, so I hope you can come and spend some time enjoying a lot of talent from the upper midwest, which includes players from Iowa, and Minnesota. We hope to have some players show up from Wisconsin, and South Dakota, but none have committed yet.

Just a reminder, the Minnesota Steel Guitar Showcase is a week away, October 21, and I hope some of you in the area, who are reading this, can come and attend our festivities.

A lot of good players from Minnesota and Iowa will be here to share their talents.

Hope to see some of you there.

The function will be held at the Forest Lake VFW in Forest Lake, MN, and begins at 11:00 am.

If you are traveling from the south, take Interstate 35 north to Forest Lake, turn right, and then right again onto 12th Ave S. and follow it down to the VFW on the right.

If you are traveling from the north, take Interstate 35 to the Forest Lake exit and turn left onto Broadway, cross over 35 and then right onto 12th Ave S.
