I hope that everyone is aware of Jody Carver's "Hot Club of America" CD. Wait till you hear "Limehouse Blues". These guys were way ahead of their time.
This is a classic and I understand that once these are gone no more will be made.
I think bob Lee still has some on the forum.
Let's hear from those that have this CD
Thanks Jody
Alvin

Every once in awhile we see another post like this. There are quite a few new guys around right now who might see this one and be inspired to buy the CD. That would be a good move. Thanks for posting.
This is a very famous CD that most of us already have. It's VERY worth having, especially for those of us who do it without pedals. Winking

Jody played some steel material for me, over the phone; several weeks ago, and with a Hawai'ian–Touch; that knocked my hat in the creek so far that I haven't found it yet!!! You can't fully form your opinion by just the great HCOA, but; it's a great start! He can play a lot more than that!!

John-How true!He was way ahead of his time in those days. We had to do a lot of stuff without pedals back then in the 40's and early 50's. Jody was a master at it.....al.SmileSmile
