I used the usual URL, www.iwc.com/scottys-music/ to reach Scotty's Music yesterday, and ordered Don Curtis's CD.
When I called to provide my credit card number (as is their style), they said they had no record of my order. We quickly determined that I had used their "old" URL; they now are using a newer URL, www.scottysmusic.com which is what people should be using. I called them this evening to confirm that they would appreciate me passing this word on via the Steel Guitar Forum. [And talked to Don Curtis, no less]
Therefore I encourage all of you who have web pages with links to Scotty's Music to change your links, and those with bookmarks to the old URL to change them to the new URL. Those of you who have ordered something recently
from Scotty using the old URL/form may want to call and see if the order was received.
