DEFINITELY Bill Johnson. Does anyone know if he is still around? The above video is from Marty's TV show in the '60's.

That is definitely Bill Johnson. Bill wrote "A Wound Time Can't Erase for Stonewall Jackson. Ricky Skaggs did a remake of it in the '80's. Bill played a great solo on the song "The Shoe Goes on the Other Foot Tonight" of Marty Robbins.
