When I sent my wife these photo's of this 1979 Emmons S10 PP that I had found after looking for one of those "been-in-the-case-under-the-bed-for-years" guitars for a couple of years now, she replied with a one word E-mail!
SWEET!
So that's what I named her "Sweetness"!!!!
This is my "new" guitar that I played for the afternoon session at Perl-Jam yesterday that was so nicely mention in a post about the LA Jam.
She has "that" sound for sure and plays like a dream!

I just looked under my two beds and found some old underware and a cat but alas,not one steel was found.
Where were these beds Jim? |

Hey Jim...I just got through looking under every bed in our house and even went over to my Mom's house and checked under her beds...but man there was no fancy Emmons PP to be found...you must have been real lucky to have looked under the right one...I guess I'd be better off going over to your place...   |

| I have the same guitar (and I love it), but the rosewood mica is flat, not glossy....I like the glossy look much better...is there a way to shine it up (I was thinking something like urethane)or should I just leave it alone? |

Jeremy:
Your guitar may be the Satin Rosewood Finish. If so I would not advise trying to make it glossy. I am not sure what years this finish was available. Maybe someone could chime in with that info...
