There are no further openings for players, but everybody within driving distance is invited to come and watch and listen and schmooze and join is for the mid afternoon food orgy.

I hope y'all like Mexican food.

Mike, thanks for putting this together ! How about a breakdown of who will be there on each of the days ? What time do the doors open to set up ? I want one of your DVDs as well.
Thanks, J. W.

The date, time and place would sure be nice to know. I hate it when people post about an event and don't include any info about it.

b0b, information is disseminated on a need to know basis. Besides, you just missed it.

I've posted this information several times already. The jam is Saturday and Sunday, April 21 and 22, and the "El Arco Iris" restaurant, 5684 York Blvd in the Highland park section of Los Angeles.

With the exception of Michael Johnstone, who has a previous engagement those 2 days, every major steel player in Los Angeles will be there, as well as several from out of town, and in some cases out of state.

This year, for the first time, Blackie Taylor will more than likely show up.

Also, as it turns out, the new Jackson Steel guitar company's offices are here, and Dawn Jackson will come with a couple of guitars for is to try out.
