Hi Richard,
Is that real?
I didn't know Gibson ever made anything like a real PSG.
I thought they stopped after that Electra Harp thing???
Do you have any more pic of the PSG?

As I understand it Denley is a British-made steel. The Gibson decal or sticker is not original to the guitar.
( is it? Question)

In the 6o's, Nigel DENnis and Gordon HuntLEY went into the business of making steels in Britain.
The one that I have originally started out as a Double 8, but I have converted it to a SD10.
When I converted it, I didn't know what make it was, what the value was etc, so I modded it without actually doing anything to its originality, in case it needed to be returned to standard.
That's why the 10th string is attached to an external changer finger (see photo)

Of course, it has transpired that it was probably a kit steel, of low value, with no historical importance whatsoever !

Whatever, it's valuable to me, for its tone and playability Very Happy

PS I stuck on that Gibson sticker

Thanks Richard...
Kind of thought it was not a Gibson, but wanted to ask.

Didn't know Peavy made em till now!...
Just kidding.

Liked that video of you playing. Both you and the steel sound real nice.

Best wishes,
Andy

First time I've heard you play Richard -- nice and effortless. Your mods never cease to amaze me.
